Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) will “follow his father to New Hampshire,” the New Hampshire Union Leader reports.
The Kentucky U.S. Senator has been confirmed as the keynote speaker for the Cheshire County Lincoln-Reagan Day Dinner fund-raiser, according to county GOP chair Juliana Bergeron.
Bergeron said the event will be held on April 28 at the Keene Country Club. As reported below, U.S. Rep. Ron Paul will be in the state on March 24 and 25 for fund-raisers for the state and Dover Republican committees.
Moira Bagley, Communications Director for Senator Paul, offers this response:
Much like his upcoming trip to Iowa, Sen. Paul is going to New Hampshire to talk about his new book, “The Tea Party Goes to Washington,” and continue the conversation about the Tea Party movement with respect to the next election cycle.
