House and Senate appointees “hold their first meeting on conferencing their respective Iran sanctions bills” today, POLITICO reports.

It’s an initial opportunity for members to voice their views on the bill, in a process that is expected to take at least a few weeks.

The House appointed their Iran sanctions conferees last week, and the Senate theirs last month.
