CNBC commentator “and money manager Larry Kudlow said today that he’s giving suggestions that he run for Senate against Senator Chuck Schumer this year ‘careful attention,’” Ben Smith reports.
Speaking to Curtis Sliwa on AM 970 The Apple this morning, Kudlow denounced "bank bashing" and responded to the host’s plea that he embrace the draft effort.
"I’m honored to be considered, I’m very honored to be considered, and I ‘m going to give all this careful attention," Kudlow said. "And I do believe that retiring Senator Schumer would be a noble cause, and that the present time that’s about all that I can say."
