The Senate has adjourned for a two-week work period back home. Upon returning to session on Monday, May 2, they will act on the following judicial nominations:
- Roy Bale Dalton, Jr., of Florida, to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of Florida (to be confirmed by unanimous consent)
- Kevin Hunter Sharp, of Tennessee, to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of Tennessee (will be subject to a roll call vote)
