Connecticut Senate: First Lady to Campaign for Blumenthal

First Lady “Michelle Obama will become the latest high-profile Democrat to campaign for Richard Blumenthal, the state attorney general who is in a competitive race for Connecticut’s Senate seat,” the AP reports.

Blumenthal’s campaign announced Wednesday that the first lady will appear at an event with Blumenthal on Oct. 18. Details of the appearance have not yet been released.
