Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said today that Republicans are “largely winning by default right now in the 2010 elections,” the Washington Post reports.
"A lot of this has to do with people saying no to the Democrats, not saying yes to the Republicans," he said.
He made these comments on NBC’s "Meet the Press."
