Nominations Confirmed: April 29

Senators have unanimously confirmed the following nominees to serve in President Obama’s Administration:

  • David J. Hale to be United States Attorney for the Western District of Kentucky for the term of four years
  • Kerry B. Harvey to be United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky for the term of four years
  • Alicia Anne Garrido Limtiaco to be United States Attorney for the District of Guam and concurrently United States Attorney for the District of the Northern Mariana Islands for the term of four years
  • Kenneth J. Gonzales to be United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico for the term of four years
