A U.S. Senate candidate in Nevada “could soon also be a candidate for jail,” KTNV News reports.
The Clark County District Attorney’s office has submitted paperwork for the arrest of Tea Party candidate Scott Ashjian.
Ashjian lost his contractor’s license last Wednesday when he didn’t show for a disciplinary hearing.
Two days later, the district attorney’s office filed charges on him for felony theft.
They say he wrote a bogus check for $5,000 to a businessman in December.
The next big chapter “of that story could be Wednesday, when the judge is expected to sign the warrant.”
If convicted, Ashjian could spend up to 14 years in state prison.

Scott Ashjian was a tea party candidate in name only.The movement questioned if he might have been a plant to help Reid get back in.
The same scenario would work for many other politicians, like McCain. The difference is that the RNC will stand by their man, no matter how out of touch he is!!!

First off you want to regulate what we eat now? As thats not Health insurance and we arent regulating them?
And this Bill CAUSED HC insurance companies to increase stocks and profits. And this bill allowed for protection of PHARMA to selll without competition against generics – up from 4 to 12 years.
