It’s go time! Judge Sonia Sotomayor, President Obama’s nominee to take a seat on the United States Supreme Court, will meet with key Senators on Tuesday.
The AP reports that White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs confirmed she would meet with Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV), Judiciary Committee Chairman Pat Leahy (D-VT) and Ranking Member Jeff Sessions (R-AL).
A meeting is also likely on Tuesday with Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), although it has not yet been confirmed.
